So far, I've went about a day or slightly more with 2 or 3 shutdown/restarts. I'm currently testing if the following solution will resolve these KPs for my 16" MBP. Never had a KP during use, waking from sleep, or with devices attached. Logging in after this KP would have the same unexpected error pop-up window. The shutdown/restart would have a circle with highlighted petals that would be stuck for a few minutes until the screen went black, fans would have a quick high speed burst, and then booting to the KP error screen. The KP would only occur when I initiated a shutdown/restart. I've went through the troubleshooting process of reinstall, SMC/NVRAM Resets, unloading/removing all non-Apple kexts, disk repairs, etc. Loaded been having these with a '19 15" MBP and it migrated to more kernel panics with a '19 16" MBP.
